Dylan Levitt earned high praise as Manchester United U23s beat Swansea City last night.
The Welsh youngster made things happen in midfield despite being without his usual partner James Garner, who is being tipped to make some appearances in the first team this season.
United came from behind to win 4-1 with Levitt scoring our second goal from a penalty-kick.
Levitt’s tally for the season thus far is impressive for a midfielder — three goals and two assists in six games.
Watch his goal below, footage from MUTV:
He will hope he’s not far off the first team after seeing Garner, Tahith Chong, Angel Gomes, Brandon Williams and Mason Greenwood promoted from the U23s.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s options in midfield are light at the moment and Levitt is doing all he can to knock on the door of the first team.
Here’s a look at how United fans reacted to Levitt’s performance against Swansea:
Dylan Levitt has been absolutely brilliant today. Should get his chance soon in the senior team.
