Manchester United legend Andy Cole believes Marcus Rashford must liken his game to Sergio Aguero and Roberto Firmino in order to improve as a striker.
Rashford has come under criticism for his performances in the central role in recent weeks, after leading the line following Anthony Martial’s injury in the defeat to Crystal Palace.
The 21-year-old has not looked entirely comfortable at striker, and needs to start delivering because he is being relied upon heavily this season by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
The Reds have been left threadbare in attacking options this season after Alexis Sanchez and Romelu Lukaku were not replaced following summer exits, and Rashford and Martial are now the club’s two senior forward.

Rashford is still young but has been around long enough to know that serious improvements still need to be made to his game. The England international needs to improve on his decision making in the final third, as well as his movement in and around the box so he can get on the end of chances.
These are traits perfected by top strikers mentioned by Cole, Firmino and Aguero at their title chasing sides.
