Marcos Rojo is known for backing himself to shoot from long distance.
The Argentine defender again tried the spectacular from 40 yards out against Perth Glory.
Rather unsurprisingly, Rojo blasted the ball way over the bar in what was a completely unnecessary waste of posssesion for United in the pre-season friendly.
Perhaps someone needs to remind the defender what his role in the team is and that he should leave it to others to try and break sides down.

Rojo is a player United should be looking to get rid of as he cannot be relied on when called upon for the Reds, but the club may struggle to offload him this summer,
Meanwhile, United lead the game 1-0 after a smart left-footed finish from striker Marcus Rashford.
We hope to see the floodgates open now and Solskjaer’s side score a few more against the tiring Australian side.
