Reports in Spain: Pogba has already said ‘yes’ to Real Madrid transfer

The Paul Pogba to Real Madrid rumours are non-stop and reports in Spanish outlet AS claim that the French midfielder has already said yes to a move to the La Liga giants.

For someone who said it would be a ‘dream’ to play for Real Madrid before the end of last season, it wouldn’t surprise anybody if Pogba did give a ‘yes’ response to such interest.

But the problem for him now is being under contract until 2021 (with the option for an extra year after that) because United don’t ned to sell. The only way Pogba leaves this summer is if the club sanctions a move.

The report from AS adds Real Madrid is the only option for Pogba, despite interest from his former club Juventus, and the Spanish club has tried twice already to arrange meetings to kick-start negotiations with United over the sale of their star midfielder.

A worrying note to take from the report claims Pogba does not want to board the flight to go on pre-season tour this Sunday. Perhaps someone should remind him who pays his wages!

I also just want to be done with this entire saga. It’s not going to be good to have in the dressing room on tour.
