Arsenal have reportedly set their price for star striker Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang, after rumours claiming Manchester United are interested in a move for the Gabonese international.
According to the Metro, the North London club may be open to offers for Aubameyang around the £56m mark that they initially signed him for from Borussia Dortmund in January 2018
The report claims that Arsenal are working with a shoestring transfer budget this summer, so any move for Aubameyang will free up transfer funds elsewhere for boss Unai Emery.

Rumours of a move for Aubameyang to Old Trafford are strange to say the least. Arsenal are unlikely to let their golden boot winner leave to a domestic rival, even if it helps boost their transfer kitty.
It is clear the Reds need a striker this summer if Romelu Lukaku leaves the club, but you would expect manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to target more youthful replacements
Aubameyang, now 30, would be an extremely difficult deal to get over the line; United should look to secure transfers of more attainable targets this summer. I would be surprised if these rumours of a £56m asking price are true given the nature of today’s market and Aubameyang’s goal-scoring ability.
