Dean Henderson is reportedly looking to triple his wages in a new deal to stay at Old Trafford.
The England u21 international is confident his £75,000 per-week wage demands will be met, according to the Sun
Henderson,22, is a promising talent and a player United should be looking to tie down for the future.
There are always question marks over how long no1 David De Gea is set to stay at the club, and Henderson could be the man to fill his role if he continues his development.
Henderson’s England u21 side suffered a shock exit from the European Championships in Italy.
There were high hopes going into the tournament for Aidy Boothroyd’s side, but group stage defeats to France and Romania mean England are out of the competition with one game still remaining.
Henderson reacted to England’s exit via twitter:
I’m grateful for all my victories. But I’m also grateful for my losses. Because they only make me work harder🔜🔛🔝 pic.twitter.com/YmfAqkl4sP
