There’s more to the academy than football development. The environment helps shape these boys for the future and the personality traits they build from being around one another.
Andreas Pereira knows what it’s like to come through the youth system and make it into the first-team. The lads beneath him should be trying to learn what he had to do to make the mark.

He said: “There’s more than three but I’d say: Tough, hard work and be happy.”h
Pereira will be at United next season but the majority of last term felt like his last at Old Trafford.
José Mourinho made use of the Brazil international in a holding midfield position at the beginning of the campaign, but pulled him as soon as Nemanja Matic returned from his break after the World Cup.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will undoutbedly give him more game time next season.
