According to the Manchester Evening News, the Reds remain interested in a summer move for Declan Rice.
Manchester United are favourites to sign the England international, with prices coming in a 3/1, while rivals City are the closest priced at 4/1.
Other clubs listed seem miles off the radar with prices in the region of 20/1+ coming in for Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund.
Rice has a great breakthrough season for the London club and had two countries – England and the Republic of Ireland – go head-to-head for his services. The midfielder choose Gareth Southgate’s Three Lions and will now hope his career can go from strength to strength.
A transfer to United would be a huge step up but reports have died down a bit.

Rice dismisses talk of a move away from West Ham
Earlier this week, Rice dismissed talk that he would be leaving the Hammers this summer.
Although that has made little difference to the betting markets, as seen above, with a switch to Old Trafford still a possibility if you read into what odds Sky Bet are offering.
Rice says he is content at West Ham and has a special relationship with the fans.
“I know that there’s speculation but I signed a five-year contract with West Ham during the season,”Rice said, as per Irish Times. “So my focus is fully on playing for West Ham. I’ve got a great connection with the fans; the fans love me and I love them and that’s the way it is at the moment. I’m not thinking about anything else, for sure.”
