Luke Shaw trolls Young Boys striker after escorting him off the pitch

Luke Shaw has poked fun at Young Boys striker Jean-Pierre Nsame.

While the clock was running down in Tuesday night’s UEFA Champions League encounter with the Swiss champions, Nsame was substituted and replaced by Nicolas Moumi Ngamaleu.

The score was still 0-0 and Nsame, like any Young Boys player would, decided to walk off the pitch ever so slowly.

Young Boys manager Gerardo Seoane would have been delighted with the draw, and a point from last night’s game would have seen them in contention for a third place finish in Group H, ensuring a place in the Europa League knockout stages.

But Shaw spotted Nsame’s efforts to waste time and quickly escorted the Cameroon international off the pitch.

And, in a tweet, Shaw has shared the video with the following caption: R

The England international is either referring to Young Boys being eliminated from European competition or Nsame being substituted with just under 10 minutes of normal time remaining.

It was reminiscent of Mark Noble carrying Ander Herrera off the pitch in an FA Cup quarter-final clash back in 2016.
