Video: Rashford and Young discuss fashion, dressing room music and the 2018 World Cup experience

Marcus Rashford and Ashley Young join COPA90’s Poet and Vuj to talk about which Manchester United teammate has the best style, their experience at the World Cup, music in the dressing room and more.

The interview appears to have been carried out when United announced the new global partnership with denim brand True Religion, which occurred in mid-October as reported on the official Manchester United Website.

Obviously asked to talk about denim in the interview, the United duo were asked which teammate would be able to play in jeans. Anyone who has attempted this will know how difficult a task it is, but Young and Rashford agreed that Mata has what it takes to play football in jeans.

Young claims if you feel good about your appearance, you’ll feel better on the pitch and says Paul Pogba takes his style seriously (no-one would have guessed…).

On the topic of music, Rashford reveals how dedicated Young is to being the dressing DJ at United, making sure the tunes are fresh before the rest of the team take to the pitch.

Then the conversation slid towards the 2018 World Cup with the lads offering some insight on what they learned from England’s memorable campaign, as Gareth Southgate’s Three Lions reached the semi-finals.
