The Portuguese boss hit out at Spanish media and accused its members of only wanting to talk about Real Madrid and Cristiano Ronaldo.

The former United attacker left Madrid this past summer in a mega-money transfer to join Serie A champions Juventus, and Ronaldo is expected to make his Old Trafford return tomorrow night.

However, Mourinho didn’t feel the urge to discuss Ronaldo or anything Real Madrid related.

However, as quoted by The Independent, Mourinho was willing to comment on Juventus. He praised the depth and quality of Massimiliano Allegri’s squad and predicted that they’re contenders to win this season’s Champions League.

Perhaps the stand-out quote for us came when Mourinho was asked about links with the Real Madrid job. He said: “No, I’m happy here. I’m happy to see out my contract. I would like to stay after my contract at Manchester United.”

And, finally, the manager confirmed that Alexis Sanchez has been ruled out of the Juve clash. But never stated the reason why he won’t face the Italian giants.
