Video: Mourinho admits he needs big performances from Pogba and Sanchez

In an interview with BT Sport, Jose Mourinho speaking about having his Manchester United contract until 2020 after talk that the manager is on the verge of getting sacked.

Mourinho is under intense pressure at the moment after a four-match winless run.

The Reds host Newcastle in the Premier League on Saturday after failing to win at Old Trafford since the opening day of the season against Leicester City.

Mourinho admits he needs his big players – Alexis Sanchez and Paul Pogba – to perform in order to get United out of this hole.

He goes into detail about dropping Sanchez for Anthony Martial, while agreeing with the view of the fans and the media.

It will be interesting to see if he sticks with that for Newcastle, but Jesse Lingard’s injury could see the boss play both.
