Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly joined the race for Marcos Rojo alongside Marseille, Zenit Saint Petersburg and Everton.
According to The Sun’s Mike McGrath, the overseas trio have joined the Toffees in expressing interest in the Argentina international, who has been informed he can leave Old Trafford this summer.
The Manchester United defender only signed a three-year deal in March but provided the right offer comes in, United boss Jose Mourinho is said to be prepared to let him go as he looks to vamp up his defence.

MEN journalist Samuel Luckhurst claims Rojo is reluctant to leave because of the salary he earns at United.
The problem at United, however, is we’ve plenty of defenders able to play at centre-back but not enough playing at the required standard, hence why the club has stepped up their game to sign Tottenham Hotspur’s Toby Alderweireld.
Contrast to the view he should be sold, football writer Liam Canning believes the 28-year-old is worth keeping.
I like Harry Maguire and think he’d be a very good signing, but don’t think Manchester United should sell Marcos Rojo in the process. A player who can, if necessary, fill in at left back as well. Chris Smalling or Phil Jones should make way first. Rojo can be useful.

Rojo’s versatility makes him a useful player to have in the squad. He can play centrally or at left-back, though Mourinho already has options he prefers in those positions.
It could be a difficult transfer to negotiate given his wages, but PSG’s entrance into the race could change that given their resources from oil money.
McGrath adds that Rojo is valued at around £20 million, which is well within PSG’s price range.
This is far from ideal for Everton.
