Bayern Munich are looking to raid Manchester United for French winger Anthony Martial, with the Bundesliga giants having already made a move by holding talks with the player’s agent.
That’s according to the Daily Star, who claim that the German outfit are keen to bring the forward to the Allianz Arena.
The news outlet also report that the player is valued at £70 million and that the player himself is desperate to move away from United this summer.

Since his transfer from AS Monaco in 2015, Martial has failed to deliver in comparison to what United fans began to expect of him when he first signed.
The France international, who was left out of Didier Deschamps’ 23-man squad for the World Cup, has scored 36 goals and assisted 26 in 136 appearances. That record should be a lot better considering the valuations being touted, but United are right to try get as much possible for him if he’s to leave.
I suspect the Gareth Bale rumours will gather pace if Martial is to leave in the coming weeks.
I support a club who pay Marouane Fellaini £100k a week but are happy to let Anthony Martial leave. The banter era is still in full flow.
