Opinion Poll: Man Utd fans undecided about whether to be happy with transfers so far

Manchester United fans are on the fence, according to an opinion poll shared on the Stretty News Twitter account.

We asked fans whether they are happy with the club’s business thus far, with 43% claiming to still be on the fence, closely rivaled by 42% saying yes, while a minority 15% said no.

It’s still early yet, but the two confirmed signings – Fred and Diogo Dalot – are relatively unknown by the vast majority of supporters.

Fred only really came on the scene this season after a convincing Champions League display against Manchester City, whereas Dalot has only made eight first-team appearances for FC Porto.

You can’t really blame United fans for being uncertain, but the way I see it is we’re no longer trying to make these marque signings to satisfy the club’s commercial partners. Instead, it looks like Jose Mourinho is trying to buy players that fit the system.

Hence why I think Fred will be a good signing and fit right in next season.

The poll collected 808 votes over the course of three hours. We’ll be running more this summer.
