Gareth Bale hinted a summer move away from Real Madrid could be on the cards after coming off the bench to make a record-breaking contribution as Real Madrid beat Liverpool in the Champions League final, on Saturday night.

The Wales international has been heavily linked with a big-money move out of Madrid after a pretty injury-ridden spell at Madrid, although that when fit he’s considered a constant threat.

Bale was left on the bench for Madrid’s biggest game of the season in Kiev, yet it was his introduction on the hour mark that leads to a match-winning brace.
Having shown he still has what it takes to change games at the highest level, Bale told the press he will have to weigh up his options over the summer.
Bale told BT Sport, as per BBC: “I need to be playing week in, week out, it hasn’t happened this season for one reason or another. I need to sit down in the summer and discuss things with my agent and take things from there.”
David McDonnell, a well respected journalist from the Mirror, seems to believe United will go back in for Bale this summer. The La Liga giants proposed a summer offer to United in January, but Mourinho was not interested at the time, so it will be interesting to see if he changes his mind after last night’s heroics.
Wales, of course, are not going to the World Cup, so once the Champions League hangover wears off he will consult his agent.
