Arsenal are reportedly prepared to listen to offers for Aaron Ramsey if the midfielder doesn’t sign a contract before the start of next season.
The Sun believe Arsenal are keen to avoid a similar situation to that they have endured with Alexis Sanchez, which saw their star man make a January move up north to Manchester United.
According to the same report, Ramsey is a rumoured target for United and Chelsea though the Welshman has a year remaining on his current deal.

Ramsey, who joined Arsenal from Cardiff City in 2011, is currently on £100,000-a-week at The Emirates and he allegedly wants more after seeing the likes of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Mesut Ozil put pen to paper on bigger contracts in recent months.
The 27-year-old is apparently aware of interest from United and Chelsea and could be tempted to see if either club make an offer for him. This could push Arsenal into a corner, a situation they want to avoid like a plague, with a saga (perhaps early to call it that) turning embarrassing on their part.
It must be difficult for players – current and potential incomers – to negotiate with clubs that have yet to replace departing managers. Ramsey is right not to sign away his future to Arsenal Football Club until they make a call on a new manager and he sees what direction they’re going in.
