Memorabilia Hunt: Cult classic Manchester United 1990-92 mug

This type of article is usually considered a review but it’s about a mug, not a book or DVD, so I’m not going to pretend to be an expert and give you insight into how it was made or anything else.

From the 80’s to the early 90’s Manchester United’s shirt manufacturer was Adidas, who created some legendary designs which are still loved by United fans to this day.

One particular cult classic is the away shirt that was worn from 1990-1992, the essence of which has been captured in this mug design.

Red Boxes generously sent me their model which I really like. A subtle design with the 90-92 pattern but not over the top with crests and sponsors as seen nowadays in the Manchester United Megastore.

Thanks to redboxes.co.uk for this cult classic 90-92 mug.
