Beckham Envies his former United teammates

While David Beckham’s new professional football organization in Miami, Florida will be an interesting venture for the former Manchester United midfielder, it appears his heart lies still in Manchester

In a recent interview with MUTV and Inside United, Beckham indicated he is indeed envious of his former Class of ’92 teammates, Nicky Butt, Paul Scholes, Phil Neville and of course, Ryan Giggs.

“It does [make him jealous] a little bit! When my eldest son came up here to train for a week, I saw Butty training the U21’s, Phil with the first team and Scholesy with Butty.”

Talk about nostalgia. And while Beckham likely will not forget his playing career with the reds anytime soon, it’d appear those inside of the Aon Training Complex have the same thoughts on Beckham.

A focal figure in the football community, every females deepest and darkest desire, since coming to the United States as a member of the LA Galaxy, it appears Beck’s found his next love.

And while his time in Manchester is over, the compliments continued to flow about Giggs.

“The fact that he is still playing top-flight football at 40 years old – and still performing the way he’s performing – doesn’t surprise me,” said Beckham.

Understandably so, if Beckham was to slick back his ever-so adaptable hair and offered a contract with the reds, he’d accept. There remains no question the golden boy turned man still has the killer distribution – we can only hope he does not attract too many of the reds, both former and current, to the dashing beaches of Miami.
