Ferguson: Pogba could start against Palace

Manchester United face Crystal Palace Wednesday night in the quarter-final of the Carling Cup and Ferguson made it clear that the only position he is having problems with is the center of midfield. During his pre-match interview he also made it clear that he will be putting out a young team as usual.

Crystal Palace didn’t managed to score in their last 5 league games in which three resulted in scoreless draws, keeping them positioned 10th on the Championship table. Read yesterday’s view from the enemy, when we interviewed Ed Maylon from the Mirror who supporters the Eagles.

“There will be complete changes,” said Sir Alex. “Chris Smalling has come back and I may be able to play him. He’s still young and it’ll be a young squad against Palace. The only area where I’ve got problems is centre midfield. It’s possible I could play Pogba in there but we’ll wait and see. I’ve got enough players to choose from, that’s for sure.”
