Solskjaer Could Possibly Take Eikrem With Him

Ex-reserve team boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is now trying to land Magnus Eikrem, the Norwegian youngster who has excited most Manchester United fans.

I haven’t seen Eikrem play that much but judging by what people say about him on twitter, he sounds like a major talent!

Solskjaer will take charge of  Norwegian club, Molde at the start of 2011. Molde are currenrly playing in the top division of Norwegian football, Tippeligaen.

One of the ares Solskaer keen to improve is his midfield, and having worked with Eikrem he feels he could be an ideal recruit.

Eikrem has been called up a few times this year but we’re still waiting for the boy to get a chance in the Premier league.

Solskaer told Romsadals Budstikke:

I hope he will have a long and successful career in Manchester.

I have worked with him for two years and he is a great lad. If he does not get a new offer, he is an interesting player for us.
