Stretty News is looking for new writers to contribute articles to the site on a regular basis. If you’re interested, put your feet up and read on.
First of all, you need to be an opinionated Manchester United supporter that is capable of taking a critical, analytical view of all matters involving the club itself. A die-hard knowledge of the club’s history is essential, just like Sir Matt Busby’s philosophy and the ‘United way’ of approaching things.
At Stretty News it’s important to offer fellow supporters a different perspective to the stories that sell newspapers every day. This makes us unique to the other blogs out there and will hopefully increase our popularity. Statistics are also very important, so we advise our writers to use them to help support whatever opinion they make.
Qualifications
1. It doesn’t matter what part of the world you’re from. Manchester United’s fan base is worldwide and we’re very proud of that, so please don’t feel unwanted if you aren’t from the UK.
2. Writers must have a strong command of the English language.
3. People interested must take a trial before becoming part of the staff. Send us something you’ve written before or go out of your way to produce something totally new which could make the site.
