Manchester United defender Victor Lindelof has scored with a sweetly-struck half volley for Sweden against the Faroe Islands.
Lindelof scored Sweden’s third goal of the night after the ball made it’s way to the back post from a corner, and the centre-back drilled home at the near post.
It’s been a comfortable night so far for the United defender, with Sweden cruising to a 4-0 half-time lead against their European Qualifying opponents.

Real Sociedad forward Alexander Isaak scored twice early on, before Lindelof took his opportunity in the box clinically.
The centre-back has come under some criticism amongst United fans recently, and was blamed for not being physical enough after being beaten in the air for Jannik Vestergaard’s equaliser for Southampton on Saturday.
Lindelof’s side next face Scandinavian rivals Norway on Sunday evening as they look to close the gap on Group F leaders Spain, before he returns to action for the Reds at home to Leicester on September 14th.
