Thomas Meuiner latest: PSG defender prefers Man Utd transfer over Arsenal

PSG full-back Thomas Meuiner is set to snub Arsenal to sign for Manchester United, according to reports.

Belgian outlet DH claims the defender has made up his mind about his future and will now seek out a move to Old Trafford.

With the story originating out his homeland, there is plenty of reason to believe United could end up sign Meuiner this summer.

Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer needs to sign a new right-back this summer and Meuiner shouldn’t break the bank, whereas it is thought that Crystal Palace are asking for ridiculous money for Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

And with Antonio Valencia’s contract set to expire, Diogo Dalot still very raw and Ashley Young not good enough, Solskjaer has a big decision to make.

Dalot reflects on World Cup exit

Sad news for Dalot with Portugal crashing out of the U20s World Cup.

He reflected on Portugal’s exit via Twitter, writing the following:

“No matter what happens, I will always be proud to be Portuguese. Now we return home, disappointed we couldn’t show the world what we are capable of. We are ready for another fight in the future.”
