Manchester United are tracking highly-rated Belgian midfielder Youri Tielemans, who is currently on loan at Leicester from Ligue 1 side AS Monaco.
The Mirror reports that Tielemans is on the radar of both United and Tottenham this summer, after impressing in his short time in the Premier League
Tielemans, 21, has been a fantastic addition at Leicester since joining on loan in a swap deal with midfielder Adrian Silva. Leicester manager Brendan Rodgers is reluctant to let his star midfielder to return back to Monaco this summer, and Silva could be used as a bargaining tool in negotiations for the Foxes.

When asked about his future, Tielemans said, as per the Daily Star: “I’ll be back this summer and we’ll see. I am open to everything. For Monaco, but also for Leicester or another team.”
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will know Old Trafford and European football will provide a more desirable destination for the former Anderlecht midfielder.
A deal for Tielemans could act as a replacement for Ander Herrera, who is set to join PSG on a free transfer this summer according to the BBC. Tielemans would be excellent in a creative role under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer but does not have the tenacity in the tackle of the departing Herrera.
