Jose Mourinho has a go at Luke Shaw from the touchline

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho could reportedly be seen ‘rollocking’ Luke Shaw for going too far forward in the first half against West Ham tonight.

The Reds are playing at the London Stadium in the final away game of the 2017/18 Premier League season after losing 1-0 to Brighton last week.

Mourinho made eight changes for the game, starting with a back three (Chris Smalling, Phil Jones and Victor Lindelof), which saw attacking duo Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford dropped to the bench.

However, despite Shaw starting at left wing-back, it seems Mourinho isn’t happy with him going too forward.

That could be down to a lack of trust in the player if he is unable to get back quick enough and defend effectively.

However, I can’t say I’ve seen much wrong with Shaw’s game tonight apart from not getting his head up when crossing balls into the box.
