Robin van Persie scored the earliest goal of the season before 40 seconds signalled on the clock last night. All of a sudden, our expectations hit the roof and many thought West Ham were in for a good hammering. Unfortunately, that’s wasn’t the case. It was just a relief we kept a clean sheet and the midfield did well despite the lack of width.
